Refund policy

Subject to the conditions set forth below, Dripavellis will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fifteen (15) days of the date of the shipment delivery. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. If not, subject to any legal requirements we will issue you merchandise credit, merchandise credits do not expire

Dripavellis reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in sole discretion.

Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings. After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to do a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case within fifteen (15) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. Please be advised that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
